Be prepared to execute any workout by translating all metrics across the Concept2 range of ergs, to understand how fast and long to go, to achieve your target.
1. Select your Erg, either Row/Ski or Bike.
2. Enter 2x measures of Duration (Distance, Time, Calories) OR 1x measure of Duration and 1x measure of Pace (Split, Cals/Hr, Watts)
3. Press 'Calculate' to see Results.
4. Press 'Reset' to clear Input and Results
